Rob Gronkowski Unveils the Next Big Chapter in His Life Post-NFL

Rob Gronkowski may have stepped away from being the tight end for arguably one of the top teams in the NFL, but he's managed to keep himself busy.

After a lot of speculation, the former hot shot of the New England Patriots revealed during a press conference in New York City that his next big move is a partnership with Abacus Health, makers of a line of products called CBDMEDIC.

Gronk calls out the "countless injuries and multiple surgeries" that've left their mark on his body and soul, leaving him hurt both mentally and physically. Walking away was all about recovery, and upon changing his diet and lifestyle, the sports star found himself taking interest in the CBDMEDIC products as a way to reduce his agony.

"For the first time in more than a decade, I am pain free," says Gronk, "and that is a big deal."

"I only wish I knew about CBDMEDIC while I was playing. It would've made a huge difference during my playing career. I want the same opportunity for my friends and my teammates out there. That's why I'm advocating for CBD to be acceptable for all players to be used for recovery."

Gronk says he and Abacus Health are working together to produce a line of all-natural products for fitness aficionados like himself "to help balance their active lifestyle with a healthy recovery."

While the date as to when these Gronk-approved products will be released is still TBD (2020 was briefly mentioned during the conference), it's safe to assume that with #87 on their team, it's already a big win.
