Hackers Upload Porn to Michigan Billboard

Driving down the freeway can either be a relaxing or infuriating experience, depending on the level of traffic at the time. However, Michigan drivers likely had a different experience recently when porn was shown on a billboard for 20 minutes.

Located near Auburn Hills, Michigan, the electronic billboard in question ditched the ad space in favor of something spicier and sexier — porn. According to Detroit NBC affiliate WDIV, drivers passing through the I-75 and M-59 exchange were treated to a few scenes featuring at least two women having sex. According to Dr. Justin Kammo — a man who claims that he nearly suffered an accident as a result of the shock of seeing the billboard — there was no mistaking the subject matter blown up on the electronic display.

“I came across a billboard and it was something unusual. I saw two girls. Lesbian porn,” Kammo said.

Dr. Kammo wasn't the only nearby motorist to be distracted by the XXX-rated billboard. Chuck McMahon relayed his own experience with the shocking display to WDIV reporters.

“It was very bizarre. I thought maybe it was a billboard for a strip club or something... I was just looking up at it and I was like, ‘Huh, oh, wow. That’s porn.'”

As it turns out, authorities believe that the billboard had been hijacked. Police report seeing two young men, via video surveillance, breaking into a building at the base of the billboard just before 11 p.m. that same evening. Said suspects wore glasses and had hoodies pulled tight around their faces to obscure their identities.

So far, the two male suspects have not been found.

Not everyone is entirely displeased with the free press, however. Adult film star Xev Bellringer was notified of her appearance in the short XXX snippet displayed to Michigan motorists, and let everyone know she was thankful the incident had been relatively harmless. 

“Yes that is me,” she told Motherboard. “I never thought this would happen with my content... I'm just happy that no one was injured!”

Thankfully, police report that there were no actual accidents as a result of the 20-minute porn projection.
