Our Trip to Rosewood Miramar Beach

I can’t even begin to tell you how many people are raving about the Rosewood Miramar Beach.

At the very beginning of the year, pre-Covid, I was already in talks with Rosewood Miramar Beach to take a family vacation and I cannot tell you how excited I was to finally get that trip in the books! We had been hearing so many amazing things about this incredible destinations from our good friends. It’s a quick hour and a half drive from Los Angeles and makes for the picture perfect place to take kid’s.

Funny enough, we made friends with a couple {who had two kid’s} that went for a few nights and decided to extend their stay by 2 weeks! I completely understand why. Our favorite thing about this Rosewood was the beach. Surprisingly the hotel beaches on the California coast always seem to leave me feeling a bit deflated. I’m always wanting something more {like drinks, food, chairs, easy to swim waters}. Much to my delighted surprise, the Rosewood Miramar Beach is hands down one of the best I’ve ever been on. And don’t even get me started on the food and beverages {YUM}.

And can we take a minute to talk about how much June loved this experience. The girl has never had more fun. The hotel has two pools and one is super kid friendly {and heated}. We had the best time ever playing with June in the sand, exploring the property and taking her swimming. These memories are honestly going down in the record books. Our room was the perfect size to also allow June a private area to sleep. The girl NEVER sleeps a full night on vacations but there was something about the Rosewood that got her to sleep. through. the. night – a parent’s dream come true.
