This is the time of year when I begin reaching for comfortable denim and pants to slip on with blouses, tees, and sweaters more often than not. I’ve added a few pairs of colored pants to my collection in beautiful autumn shades, like these from Re/done, and these from Sezane in a wonderful fall plaid. Such a welcome addition to my standard blue, white and black denim and slacks. Like a statement top, colored pants stand-out in the best way to create a unique, yet polished style. Whether worn with a solid sweater, or colorful blouse (as shown here), the right pair of colored jeans or pants will surely become a closet favorite for you as well!
High-Waisted Jeans
I’ve been wearing these high-waisted jeans with tops and sweaters (last seen here) for a nice change of pace from my typical fall denim.
Corduroy Jeans
These wide-leg crop jeans from Joe’s come in a stretch-corduroy to wear with sweaters and long-sleeve tees this season. Complete the look with a corduroy jacket, hat, or headband.
