Checking in and thinking of each and every one of you.

I know a lot of you are covered in snow & feel locked up indoors and I’m sorry. I’m sorry this year is happening. I’m sorry that you feel sad. I just want to say that “I’m sorry” in case you don’t have anyone in your life to say those words to you.

I went to the beach yesterday to let go of some anxiety and depression that I have been carrying around and I thought of you. I was counting my blessings of having sunshine and the outdoors to escape to, but I know many of you do not have this right now. It’s going to be a cold winter. I think that this will be the hardest stretch for us all yet.

Please do what you can to take care of yourself. Please know that we are SO close to this nightmare being over. Please know that you are not alone. We are in this together so let’s keep it together guys.
