Why & How to Pre-Order My Book

We’re getting closer and closer to June 7th, which is the day my book will finally release.

I couldn’t be more excited to share this incredibly vulnerable piece of my life with you all. I was having coffee with my mom this morning and she said, “Why don’t you just wait until the book comes out to sell it?” While this does make sense, pre-ordering a book will 100% guarantee that you have a copy on the day the book is released (June 7, 2022). It also sends a very big signal to the bookstores that are buying my book that they need to stock up!

Readers are the most interactive and influential component in book publishing. My book will only be a success if it is purchased and by pre-ordering a copy, it’s the first “gold star” my book can receive.

Lastly, to put it frankly, debut authors such as myself especially need to show a solid sell in preorders to prove to the publishers that they have a place in the market. It’s the first shot at landing on any best seller lists.
