March 23, 2023BruceDayneFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
GLOBAL GROWTH CONSULTANT MICHELLE HAYWARD RECEIVES THE PRESTIGIOUS GAIL ADINAMIS WEGG AWARD FOR EXEMPLARY GLOBAL LEADERSHIP
MICHELLE HAYWARD’S THOUGHT LEADERSHIP AND DRIVE FOR CONSTANT INNOVATION PUT HER IN A LEAGUE OF HER OWN AS AN EXEMPLARY GLOBAL LEADER
Chicago – March 23, 2023: Women Entrepreneurs Grow Global (wegg) – a Chicago-based nonprofit organization with a mission to educate, inspire and nurture women business owners and entrepreneurs worldwide—announced today that go-to-global-growth consultant Michelle Hayward has been awarded the Gail Adinamis wegg Award for Exemplary Global Leadership.
Michelle Hayward is the Founder/President of Bluedog Design, a B Corporation-certified consultancy that puts people before profits. Most recently, she co-founded Cartdrop to disrupt the eComm data world by enabling behavior-based shopping. She is a go-to growth consultant to multinational corporations and built her career as a provocative partner and advisor to brands like Nestlé, P&G, Conagra Brands and Mars Wrigley.
In its second year, the award honors wegg stakeholders like Michelle who have gone out of their way to connect, create, contribute, and collaborate with wegg, and forge helpful alliances. It is named after Gail Adinamis, founder of Global Care Clinical Trials, LLC, a leading global provider of ambulant health care services for clinical trials. The company was acquired by LabCorp in July 2020 to further expand its decentralized clinical trials capabilities globally.
“Gail understands what drives business on a global scale and why strong leadership skills are essential for navigating seamlessly through our challenging world,” said wegg President Laurel Delaney. “The Gail Adinamis wegg Award for Exemplary Global Leadership honors those who think big and global, appreciate cultural diversity, are technologically savvy, build partnerships and alliances, and share leadership with others to effectively operate in a complex environment that spans across borders. Michelle Hayward exemplifies all of these traits.”
“When wegg proposed to launch a podcast, How She Went Global, Michelle was the first to get the vision and was on board immediately,” said Robert Marovich, wegg COO. “Her wisdom and belief in wegg have been immeasurably valuable in these early years of our growth.”
“It’s a great honor to be recognized and receive the Gail Adinamis wegg Award for Exemplary Global Leadership,” Hayward said. “As a leader, I am a tapestry of the investments so many have made in me, either by modeling a leadership style or sharing inspiration or generously connecting me to possibilities.”
The award ceremony took place virtually on March 22. Learn more about the Gail Adinamis wegg Award for Exemplary Global Leadership at https://womenentrepreneursgrowglobal.org/about/the-gail-adinamis-wegg-award/.
