After a 3 month long hiatus of filling my own cup, I resumed my Monday night meditations from my home here in Clearwater Beach, Florida last night. 

In this meditative lecture (livestreamed from Zoom), I share my experience with the Covid-19 pandemic and how the simple technique of 'witnessing' or 'watching' the body is the true meditation that in my experience, not only revealed but completely replaced 'me' with Love.
