Actor Dolph Lundgren Shared the Sexual Benefits of "The Game Changers" Vegan Diet on Good Morning Britain

If you haven't heard, "The Game Changers" is a pro-vegan documentary backed by big Hollywood names like Arnold Schwarznegger, James Cameron, Pamela Anderson and Jackie Chan. Well, now you can count Dolph Lundgren among its many converts after he says the diet has made him better in bed.

In an interview with Good Morning Britain, Lundgren spoke with co-hosts Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid about his switch from avid meat-eater to newfound vegan. After his old pal Schwarzenegger introduced him to the groundbreaking documentary, the Swedish actor was convinced to test out the plant-based diet for himself. Morgan and Reid then joked about the claims that veganism is supposed to enhance a man's sexual performance, and they were not shy about asking Lundgren if he had experienced these effects.

Though Lundgren boasted that his performance was "already quite good," he did admit that going vegan upped his carnal capabilities by about 15 percent.

"Are you now more of a love machine?" Morgan asked.

"I'm a lover, not a fighter. I'm switching over," Lundgren laughed.

When asked if he would stay a vegan, the actor revealed that he doesn't get tired as easily when he eats a plant-based diet because his blood sugar is more constant. He went on to praise the benefits of this way of eating — particularly for athletes — stating that the diet is more fun than the typical body-building diet of "boring chicken and rice."

Some doctors, however, question the seemingly stacked data behind “The Game Changers” documentary. Dr. Peter Attia, in particular, notes in an essay that there are so many variables to consider when comparing the standard American diet (SAD) to any other diet or big lifestyle change that's currently trending.

"I’m not against a plant-based diet," Dr. Attia says. "I’m against misleading uses of subpar data and speaking with absolute certainty when a bit of humility and nuance should be the standard. The fact is that virtually any diet is better than the SAD from a health perspective."

That said, loading up on veggies can never hurt, and cutting down on less healthy habits is always a plus. Will any of it make you better in bed, though? You'll probably just have to test that one out for yourself.
